Proprietary Popcake mix recipe in double-walled one-use disposable bag system with oneway HACCP valve sytem. Only approx. 6% fat (thereof 50% unsaturated fats) – Produced pancake only approx. 3% fat (thereof 50% unsaturated fats) – amongst others because of not being bakeed in additional oil or butter.

Pancakes, consistent quality, taste and texture

The shelf life of the mix is nine to twelve months from the manufacturers date code printed on the Popcake box. The Popcake mix should be used within eight hours from adding the water to the drymix to make the batter. Popcakes can be stored in the refrigerator (at 4°C / 39°F) for up to 48 hours however, for best results “freshly cooked Popcakes are best”.
